Diese Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Verträge zwischen pasokoy und den Kunden im Zusammenhang mit unseren Premium-Unterhaltungsevents in Europa. / These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between pasokoy and customers in connection with our premium entertainment events across Europe.
2. Vertragsschluss / Contract Conclusion
Mit der Buchung eines Events bestätigen Sie die Annahme dieser Bedingungen. Unsere Angebote sind freibleibend und unverbindlich. / By booking an event, you confirm acceptance of these terms. Our offers are non-binding and subject to change.
3. Leistungserbringung / Services
pasokoy verpflichtet sich, die vereinbarten Unterhaltungsveranstaltungen professionell und termingerecht durchzuführen. Die genauen Leistungen ergeben sich aus der jeweiligen Buchungsbestätigung. / pasokoy commits to providing the agreed entertainment events professionally and on time. Specific services are detailed in the respective booking confirmation.
4. Preise und Zahlung / Prices and Payment
Alle Preise sind in Euro angegeben und verstehen sich zuzüglich eventueller Steuern. Zahlungen sind wie im Vertrag festgelegt zu leisten. / All prices are quoted in Euro and exclude applicable taxes. Payments must be made as specified in the contract.
5. Stornierung und Rücktritt / Cancellation and Withdrawal
Kündigungen durch den Kunden müssen schriftlich erfolgen. Je nach Zeitpunkt der Stornierung können Stornogebühren anfallen. / Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the cancellation date, fees may apply.
6. Haftung / Liability
pasokoy haftet nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit. Für entstandene Schäden haften wir nicht, soweit nicht anders gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. / pasokoy is liable only for intent and gross negligence. We exclude liability for damages unless legally mandatory otherwise.
7. Datenschutz / Data Protection
Wir verarbeiten Kundendaten gemäß unserer Datenschutzerklärung, um eine reibungslose Veranstaltung zu gewährleisten. / We process customer data in accordance with our privacy policy to ensure smooth event execution.
8. Änderungen und Ergänzungen / Amendments and Supplements
Änderungen dieser Bedingungen bedürfen der Schriftform. / Amendments to these terms require written form.
9. Gerichtsstand und anwendbares Recht / Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Es gilt das Recht des Landes, in dem pasokoy seinen Sitz hat. Gerichtsstand ist der Sitz von pasokoy. / The law of the country where pasokoy is established applies. Jurisdiction is at pasokoy’s registered office.
